OFFICIAL RULES
1. Wausau Outlet management will select the first eligible 55 individuals that enter Wausau Outlet beginning at 10am on 8/15/26 to be contestants. Contestants must be over the age of 18. Registration at time of event is required. Valid State ID is required to participate. No one contestant may be selected to participate on more than one (1) occasion. 2. The following classes of people shall be INELIGIBLE to participate: a. Current or former professional golfers. b. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors or assignees of the Client or any promotional agency involved with this promotion. 3. Contestant(s) shall not be permitted any practice, warm up, or qualifying putts, at any time on the day of the event on the indoor putting green where the attempt will take place. Witnesses & Video Recording 4. Two Wausau Outlet representatives or officials shall serve as witnesses and shall supervise the event. 5. Important: Contestants and visitors consent to be videotaped during the entire promotion activity. It is imperative that the individual operating the video camera shows the contestant’s body and the golf balls position in relationship to the demarcation line, the golf ball being struck with a regulation putter and the golf ball coming to rest in the cups for each of the three (3) balls that are putted. 6. Contestant(s) must successfully putt, while using a regulation golf putter and maintaining a regulation putting stroke, three (3) golf balls, one ball into each of the three (3) cups, and must make their attempts on the putting green provided by Wausau Outlet within three minutes of their name being called that it is their turn to make attempt. The contestant(s) may only have one (1) attempt at each of the three balls, must attempt the three (3) putts in a row, and must make each of the three (3) putts, one in each cup in order to be reimbursed for the prize. 7. The contestant must make the first putt into the left cup, the second putt into the middle cup, and the third putt into the right cup as you look at the holes from the demarcation line. 8. The golf balls may not come in contact with anything else before coming to rest in the designated cup once the ball has been putt. 9. All putts must be made from behind the demarcation line. The demarcation line is defined as an invisible line parallel with the back of the green and 3 feet into the front of the green (non-hole side). 10. The total number of contestant(s) must not exceed: 55 on 08/15/2026. Equipment 11. The contestant must use the putting green provided by Wausau Outlet. 12. The putting green must be laid down on a hard flat surface and may not be specially prepared or altered from the condition in which it was provided to the client as to facilitate a hole-in-one. The putting green must be laid down with the playing side (fuzzy side) facing up. 13. All equipment including the putter and golf balls must adhere to USGA and/or PGA specifications. 14. Any disputes will be settled by Wausau Outlet management and their decisions are final. Wausau Outlet reserves the right to refuse service, entry and participation to anyone. 15. Winners are responsible for any State, Local or Federal taxes on their prize.
